James Torres

Athletic Director

 

James Torres came to Beacon Academy from the Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he served as the Assistant Athletic Director and Wrestling Coach. His professional background began in the collegiate ranks as a Wrestling Coach and Administrator. James also possesses a teaching background in yoga and meditation. He is a regular practitioner who enjoys sharing his practice with others. He earned his master’s degree in Sports Management from Saint Mary’s College in California and his bachelor’s degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Indiana University, where he was the captain of the wrestling team.
