From the first time you enter through the front doors at Beacon Academy it is clear that this school is far from traditional. Education
at Beacon is innovative and challenging with a focus on experiential learning, entrepreneurial thinking, and in-depth interdisciplinary studies.
The roots of Beacon Academy’s education philosophy runs deep, inspiring the hearts and minds of students through Montessori and the International Baccalaureate pedagogy. We hold true to our core values of Inclusion, Innovation, Independence and Interdependence and graduate students with a global perspective of life, a deep foundation of knowledge and with the ability to confidently and compassionately take on the complex issues facing current and future generations.
Student life at BA is joyful and engaging. Learning extends beyond the classroom and into the local community where students participate
in arts, athletics and in our experiential program at our off campus locations. I-Terms challenge the hearts and minds of our students by offering them opportunities to specialize in passion projects, broaden their experiences and cultural competency.
