10 Years of Education Reimagined

Join US in our Celebrations!

Beacon Academy opened its doors in August of 2014 with just 37 students, and a backbone of parents, faculty, and board members committed to a new high school that would reimagine education. Ten years later, we have grown immensely with over 150 students and 296 graduates.

In honor of this moment in time, we will be hosting a variety of events to celebrate 10 Years of Education Reimagined.

November 29, 2023

Proclamation
Evanston Mayor Daniel Biss will join us for a community meeting and proclamation celebrating our 10 year anniversary and our impact on the Evanston community.

December 5 – 15, 2023
10 Days of Giving Campaign

We invite our alumni parents, alumni, and our current families to make a contribution to the Annual Fund. Current students will also be participating in Penny Wars, giving back to their community, and with a fun “pie in the face” option for the winning advisory. Please help us sustain Beacon Academy moving forward.

December 20, 2023

Alumni Night Out

All alumni are invited back to celebrate 10 Years of Beacon, and connect with graduates from 2017 – 2023. Light refreshments will be served.

10th Annual Spring Benefit

Alumni parents, current families, and faculty are invited to join us for our 10th Annual Spring Benefit. Join us for fun and fundraising and a celebration of our 10 year anniversary.

End of Year - 10 Year Celebratory Picnic

Students, faculty, and alumni are invited to convene at Raymond Park. Join us for treats and the annual ultimate frisbee match up.
