Clare Heath

We are thrilled to announce that Clare Heath will be joining the Beacon admissions office as our next Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management. Clare is an experienced  educational consultant and coach, with a genuine passion for fostering thriving school communities. Rooted in a strong Montessori background, Clare has collaborated with a diverse range of schools – both private and public – throughout Chicago and the North Suburbs. Her expertise lies in strategically reviewing systems, structures, and processes to enhance enrollment, optimize budget management, strengthen staff development, and elevate marketing efforts.

 

As the former Assistant Head of School at Chiaravalle Montessori in Evanston, Clare demonstrated exceptional communication and public speaking skills. She also leveraged her capacity for problem-solving and innovation to support admissions initiatives and enrich community engagement. Clare’s deep understanding of the local educational landscape, coupled with her commitment to fostering strong relationships, will make her an invaluable asset in representing Beacon Academy to prospective families. Clare and her husband, Joel, are long-time Evanston residents and proud parents of two children, one bound for high school and the other for college this August. We are confident that her insights as both an educational professional and a parent will resonate deeply with families considering Beacon Academy for their children.
