Mario's extensive experience spans a diverse range of educational environments, including selective enrollment public, charter, and independent schools, most notably including ten years at Walter Payton College Prep. This breadth of experience has equipped him with a versatile and adaptable approach to college counseling, allowing him to effectively support students from all backgrounds. Mario believes in empowering students to develop on their own terms, viewing both successes and failures as valuable opportunities for growth. As a writer and editor, he guides students in reflecting on their high school experiences and articulating their authentic voices in their college applications.

Dedicated to student well-being and responsive communication, Mario offers comprehensive guidance on all aspects of the college selection process and events designed to provide interactive learning opportunities, all while addressing the anxieties that often accompany this significant transition for students and families alike.
